How Can I Get Rid Of Large Swollen Lump On My Vagina?

I have a hard bump to the left of my clitoris... Like the size of a pea,... No std s, i am very clean... I went to the gym for an hour and a half and was sweating really bad… Could that have caused it? I am 34 and this has never happened before.. I just talk to my sister and she said this happened to her once and she squeezed it… I am scared to do this.. Please advise

This is likely to be a Bartholin's cyst. This is a cyst that commonly occurs in this area and is not serious. I suggest you see your doctor as you may need antibiotics as it may be infected.
