How Can I Get Rid Of The Dark Bump On The Top Of My Outer Earlobe?

I have a dark bump on my the top of my outer earlobe. it is not painful and I have just developed it very recently bc I just noticed it today. At first I thought it may be a pimple but when I tried to squeeze it it will not pop. What could this be and how can I get rid of it?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
You may be having either Sebaceous cysts or Epidermoid cysts,as both of them are painless.
Both of them can be treated by hot fermentation, once the bump becomes soft you can squeezed it out. If there is any pain and swelling following squeezing, you can take a course of oral antibiotics and oral NSAIDs.
If it is not coming down I would suggest you to approach your ENT surgeon for physical examination and find out the exact cause for the symptoms.
Thank you.
