Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. The dark marks you have developed is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Apply a cream conatining Hydroquinone and mometasone at bedtime over dark spots for few weeks. Stretch marks can occur during sudden changes in body size, such as during pregnancy, puberty, or rapid weight-gain. Stretch marks are pretty notorious to treat and the results are not impressive. Still you can start with creams containing vitamin E and retinoic acid and glycolic acid. Always use a good quality moisturizer regularly. You may also opt for procedures like chemical peeling/yellow peeling or laser therapy. Hope this will take care of your issue. Thank you Dr Hardik Pitroda
