My sister has myelofybrosis and she is anemic!...
A friend of hers mentioned something called "agras" that is like a fruit or something like that, that is supposed to increased her hemoglobin levels naturally!...
Do you know anything about it?...

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Myelofibrosis is a bone marrow disorder.
2. Agras, even though is nutritious would not be much helpful. Do not discontinue other supplements provided.
3. You can take agras along with other supplements. Specific bone marrow therapy is necessary including stem cell transplantation.
