How Can I Increase My Appetite?

Hi, do you have any advice on how to increase appetite? I would like to have more energy and possibly gain a bit of weight, but I often don t feel like eating very much... Its frustrating, as I can t force myself to eat more than my body wants to without feeling like I ll vomit. Sometimes my appetite is fine, and I ll eat like a normal person. Other times I eat far less than I think I should be eating.... Thank you for your time.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that you must be having some deficiency of the stomach enzymes,or liver function tests, or there may be some chronic disease.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.you may need to have an M.R.I. abdomen, and liver function tests.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel and enzymes till the diagnosis is established.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
