Hi dear, for quitting of ghutka you should fix a date first then up to that day you should gradually decreased the amount of ghutka. when you are decreasing amount take medication prescribed by psychiatrist so you have no any withdrawal features. for medication there are two types 1. bupropion which acts on nicotine reward center which decreased your craving
2. benzodiazepins which helps you to remain calm. 3.nicotine replacement gum or lozenges. which also decreasing you craving. for better counseling and medication consult psychiatrist. Thank you
