My ESR is increased as i just finished my Hept-C treatment. During the treatment it has increased. Now tell me how i can reduce it without going to the doctor as immediately its not possible. But will visit the doctor in couple of days. Thanks and regards

If hepatitis C not cured then it will remain elevated.
Meanwhile take good lifestyle habit for avoiding further liver damage.like.... More fruits. Avoid trans fat. Regular exercise Papaiya seed with lemon juice Avoid refined food and fat.
Monitor hepatitis c viral marker as chances of chronicle c infection are more with that of hepatitis C.
