I am 28yrs old and my son is 1 month old.At the 9th month of pregnancy i got external piles. Now after delivery that pile size is gradually decreasing. Is am i having any problem with that..?and do i take any precautions? I had c-section operation. Please suggest me to reduce my tummy?
Hi, It is natural for the piles to reduce in size after delivery. To reduce piles size you must avoid constipation. So add lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water.
To reduce your tummy you need to do lower tummy exercises. As it is one month since your delivery, you can slowly start these exercises now. You can look into postnatal exercise videos on you tube or learn from your obstetrician. You can start aerobics after your 6 weeks postnatal check up. Aerobic exercises like brisk walking, jogging, helps you to reduce weight you put on during pregnancy. Go slow, starting with 10 minutes a day and slowly increase the duration. You may join gym and start heavy impact aerobics after about 4 months. You need to start gradually. Discuss with dietician about the diet you need to take. This is the major culprit for your bulging tummy. I hope this helps.
