How Can I Stop Pealing Of Skin In Area Where Cream Is Applied?

Hello sir, I started using skin lite since 2 days and i have started noticing that my skin is getting pealed in the area where i applied the cream.What can i do to stop this.Immediately when i wash my face and i dry it ,there is more peeling.Sir please do suggest some remedy for this.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
You have developed irritant reaction to contents of Skinlite cream. Moreover, you have not mentioned for which conditin you are using Skinlite cream. Skinlite contains combination of Mometasone, hydroquinone and tretinoin and used to treat difficult to treatment pigmetation problems like melasma. It should be strictly used under proper prescription of a dermatologist as its misuse leads to irritation, thinning and depigmentation of skin.
Anyways, for now stop Skinlite cream and apply good quality moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM 2-3 times a day. Use gentle cleanser like Cetaphil cleansing lotion for sensitive skin. Take antihistaminics for itching as required. Always use water-based sunscreen before going out in sun.
