How Can I Treat Pain In Testicle?
Hi, Sometimes I have pain in the right testicle and I feel like i need to take a dump. I feel gassy. When i touch the testicle it pains otherwise its fine. Even the lower abdomen hurts when i press against the skin. Thanks for the help. Regards, Anon

Since you have pain in the right testicle and feeling as you have described, I would advise you the following.
Clinical examination by an Urologist, tests of blood and urine.
Color Doppler with ultrasound and so on.
This will give you a proper diagnosis to have a proper treatment.
Give scrotal support.
Drink plenty of water orally
