Hello,

Yes, Menogon definitely helps you get pregnant. I just want to know the follicle size which you have mentioned on which day of your menstrual cycle. The day is the most important thing on which day you are getting this follicle. Only one thing I can tell you is the size of the follicle you mentioned is not adequate size for pregnancy it should be at least 18 by 18 mm. Some other factors are also important like endometrial thickness.

Some blood test like AMH levels, serum prolactin, Ultra TSH, Hba1c and again HSG will be needed. Looking at your age, I just want to know how many cycles you have taken injection Menogon. Generally, at the age of 35, we try for ovulation induction for 324 cycles, and if it fails, then we definitely go for some operators like Diagnostic laparoscopy. Again malefactor that is semen analysis needs to be considered immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

It’s still day seven of your cycle, and the follicles are growing. You might require some more injections, till the follicular size reaches two centimeters. Once it reaches the size, your doctor will give you another injection (hcg) for the egg to be released. So that you would know the exact days to try for the baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
