How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I am trying to conceive since a year now but not able to, every month my dr is checking I have good follicles and I am ovulating also, We did semen analysis for my husband he is also perfect. My GYN gave me Ovitrele injection last month but i got my periods, this month she recommended me to take Duphaston from day 16-25

welcome to hcm ...go ahead with duphastan ..if no conception this month also then please go for harmonal study throid profile and prolactin essay ...if everything normal ..you can try inj placentarex ..these give good results in some cases ..till then try mental relaxation ..avoid stress physically ..good diet ..and practice sex on alternate day ...
