How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi I am trying to get pregnant from 1 year. I took the fertility treatment also, after different trails doctor suggested to go for IUI and did the scanning on 2nd of my period. In the results they said one previous unruptured egg is there. So suggested to take the ovaral g for this month. Can I get clear explanation on this. Is this is reason why I am not getting pregnant?

This is no reason for Infertility.

We need to get all the basic investigation done for you and your husband and then only we can know the exact reason for infertility and that can be treated accordingly.

Knowing the exact reason is very important.
