How Can Injury To Arms Be Dealt With?
I did a round off yesterday and when I put my arm down to start the round off, I landed on it weird. now whenever I straighten my fingers out, my forearm hurts. It hurts when I don t do that too. When it first happened, it felt a little numb and stung a little. What could be wrong with it?
