How Can Intermittent Braxton Hicks Contractions, Vaginal Pressure And Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?
I ll be 25 weeks tomorrow and I ve been having Braxton Hicks contractions on and off all day I feel like I have to poop and my back and lower stomach are slightly cramping and I feel like I m going to give birth to a bowling ball there is so much pressure in my vagina what do I do

Braxton hicks contractions are not painful. The pain you have needs to be examined AND investigated as per need by a gynecologist. It can be either nothing serious but just severe constipation with lot of gases pressing down the rectum or it can be premature labor pains which needs to be excluded.
