If an ultrasound finding reads- Bulky anteverted with irregular contour. Cavity is distorted with intramural multiple fibroid masses measure 6.40x6.25cm, 5.40x5.29cm and 4.24x3.37cm. No tissue degeneration. No calcification. What is the mean and way out.
