How Can Intramural Multiple Fibroid Masses In The Uterus Be Treated?

If an ultrasound finding reads- Bulky anteverted with irregular contour. Cavity is distorted with intramural multiple fibroid masses measure 6.40x6.25cm, 5.40x5.29cm and 4.24x3.37cm. No tissue degeneration. No calcification. What is the mean and way out.

I can understand your concern. I have gone through ultrasound report you have mentioned.
This ultrasound report suggests that your uterus is enlarged into size with irregular margins.
These are mostly due to multiple fibroids (benign tumour).
Best treatment is hysterectomy if you are have completed your family.
So consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
