How Can Involuntary Ejaculation Be Treated?

from the last week, daily ejaculation happens even while sitting in office, my underwear get dirty daily due to this, I don't know what happen But, its now become routine in my life from last week. I am scared if its a serious problem.
Please suggest what to do.

Hi, its not an serious problem, sometimes it happens because we have sexual desire at night and erection occur. so don't worry. take tab.clonil(10) once a daily at night which stop ejeculation.
