How Can Itching And Burning Sensation On Upper Lip Be Treated?

yesterday my upper lip was extremely itchy and burned a little bit, today it s less itchy and is now rough against my tongue, could just be dry lips but it s not really dry lip season and I always have carmex on me so my lips don t tend to get very chapped
