Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, proper diagnosis must be made. Then consult an eye doctor for proper advice. In my opinion it appears to be an angular conjunctivitis, which is generally allergic in nature. Accordingly, treatment should be decided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
