Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history, you are having Eczema and below are my treatment advice:

1. Do not scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm-b cream on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medicine like Levocetirizine for 7 to 10 days.
4. Another treatment option is oral steroids like prednisone or Betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
