Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very important to understand the cause behind these rashes. The triamcinolone Acetonide will help in the redness and itching. Apart from that, you could also start using a mild moisturising soap bar or body wash and apply an intense deep moisturising body cream/lotion over the concerned areas. It would still be best if you could get these rashes reviewed by your concerned doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Smruti Pevekar
