How Can Joint And Muscle Pain In The Lower Back, Legs, Upper Back And Shoulder Blades Be Treated?

I took two courses of Cipro about 6 months ago and have been experiencing joint / muscle pain since then, primarily in my lower back, my legs, and my upper back behind my shoulder blades. I m 72 years old and had been exercising regularly for the past 33 years until these pains started. I ve had to curtail most of my exercising due to the pain and also have problems sleeping due to the pain. Is there anything I can do?

Hello,

Do you have any chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure and asthma? If you have any of like this, you have to control them first. Get your vitamin D vitamin B12 levels checked, if you are deficient in it start with the supplements. Giving a hot fermentation will give you a temporary relief in case of severe pain you can take an OTC analgesic.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
