How Can Kidney Hypertrophy And Calcification Be Treated?

I m suffering from kidney problem.My ultrasound report is as under Impression. Right hypoplastic kidney with left compensatory hypertrophy. There are multiple medullary calcification in the left medullary sinus,nephrocalcinosis. My uric acid was 8.0 on 2-11-2010 Biochemistry: Calcium 9.4mg/100ml phosphorous 4.0mg/100ml plasma PTH (intact) 50.90pg/ml urinary oxalate 22mg/24hrs UR.Citric acid (citrate) 132mg/24hrs Urine Calcium 160mg/24hrs Please suggest my treatment in the light of above history Thanks
