How Can Knock Knees Be Diagnosed Correctly?
I am 22,56kg, 5ft 4 inches height and concerned about my knees of whether I am suffering from knee knocking or not. Different people ask me to stand in different ways!Kindly guide me over how to make a correct diagnosis. Should the feet be touching each other?Or just the heals should be touching each other while the toes kept apart at an angle?Or there should be a gap of few inches between the heals and the toes should be at an angle?

Hello, Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you want to know how to make a correct diagnosis of knock knee.Knock knee can be estimated by measuring the distance between two medial malleoli when knee are held touching with the patella facing forwards ,if it is more than 8cms then diagnosis of knock knee is made.I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.Take care
