How Can Laryngitis With Rib And Neck Pain Be Treated?

Hello I am 42 I have been having quite a bit Hoarseness pretty consistent the past 1month in a Half sometimes cant talk at all,recently there is pain down by the end of my front neck my ribs hurt when I lay down with severve charlie horses in my ribs laying down I dont feel sick I am a smoker What could this be should I worry

Well come to HCM
If this is hoarseness is voice of voice then this could be allergic condition or nodular lesion on vocal cord, and this need to be ruled out and differentiate in my opinion this need to be treated with Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day, and Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three time in day, voice rest is must, hope this information helps.
