How Can Lightheadedness And Vomiting While Suffering From Cold Be Treated?

Hi Dr,
I am 31 year male and i just came to Sweden 2 weeks ago.I was Ok in first 2 weeks but now i feel light head circling and feel like vomiting. I did not vomit but i feel to do it. And the symptoms are very light not that strong. I have cold during my first week in Sweden but i recover in 3 days.

hi, good evening.
u have common cold symptoms along with u have some dizzy feeling. u have to start tab.L-DIO 1 1-0-1 and along with tab.spinfree once a daily with antaacid. for 5 days.
