How Can Lingering Ankle Swelling With Pain Be Treated?

I sprained my ankle more then a month ago.. I stepped wrong and hurt it.. most of the swelling has gone down but not all of it.. I can walk on it but sitting down a certain way or climbing stairs can make it feel horrible. there is still some swelling and it is very tender t the touch

Hi.Welcome to HCM.Sometimes sprains takes nearly thee months to heal completely. Till then you should not strain it much SO avoid walking on uneven ground.I think this will help a lot
