General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. Low hemoglobin indicates active bleeding. You might require multiple blood transfusions. If hemoglobin is persistently low, surgical intervention like hysterectomy is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
