Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

Unless there are red flag signs like - green or bilious vomiting, incessant vomiting, blood in stools, blood in the vomit, rash, joint pains, seizures or family history of renal of gallstones - you need not worry about the pain abdomen.

The possibilities are -
1. Mesenteric adenitis.
2. Attention seeking behavior.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
