Hello,
Frequent urination is due to infection, medications,
nerve damage,
overactive bladder, UTI, etc. Get clinically examined by a
urologist. Get required blood tests and urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. In case, infection is detected, E. coli. You will be treated with antibiotics and analgesics. Other medical conditions that can cause frequent urination are pregnancy, diabetes, pelvic conditions, medications, etc.
Lower back pain can be indicative of arthritis, nerve root pain, nerve root pain, etc. Get imaging tests (X-ray, CT, MRI) done to detect the pathology causing the symptoms. Pain relieving medication like Naproxen or Codeine will help along with muscle relaxants and anti-depressants. Consult your doctor about medication. Get connected to a Physical therapist, you may need CBT,
massage therapy, etc. You should get better, if not then you may be recommended surgery by your treating doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
