My 65 yr old loved one had a lung transplant 4 years ago.Unfortunately her transplant is rejecting and she isn t eligible for a new transplant due to a history of skin cancer and not in remission for 5 years yet. She is very weak and on 4LPM o2 otherwise her sats drop under 80. co2 level is currently at 65. We have the trilogy ventilator but she panics when IPAP is above 8.She cannot tolerate a higher pressure and this pressure isn t sufficient enough to reduce her co2 level. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.THANK YOU!
