How Can Mental Disorders With Personality Problems Be Treated?

my brother in law have problem of mental disorder he think some personality like holy baba in there place alway around him and his soul is coming inside him and his face & hand lags is twist like somebody twist his hand and legs and lot of thing he no feel normal human being he crying he depress, he can talk good but he said he is not normal because of this baba always around him and talk to him.
