How Can Migraine, Nose Bleeding And Vomiting Be Treated?

I had a headache lasting three days, on day four it turned into a migraine. I have had this migraine for 2 days now, I have also had 3 nosebleeds in 24hrs. and vomiting that started this afternoon. I have taken ibuprofen for the headache, it didn t help. Other than that and rest is there anything else I can do to relieve the symptoms?

Hello dear,
I understand your concern. You seem to use 'migraine' as a vague term while 'migraine' is a specific type of headache with certain hallmark features like-pulsatile,unilateral,associated with aura, having nausea or photophobia(headache increases on exposure to bright light) and lastly associated with a trigger factor.Headache for 3 days turning 4th day into migraine appears a general statement. Then 3 episodes of epistaxis and recent vomiting in sequence is making the clinical picture complicated. You need to visit a physician so that he may examine you well and advise accordingly. I hope it helps.
