How Can Migraines With Eyes Pain, Nausea And Fatigue Be Treated?

I've been suffering from migranes since puberty. I'm 43 and I continue to get
migranes around my period usually on the right side. Over the last several
months I noticed I am now getting pain behind my both eyes. I always experience
being nauseous and feeling fatigue. I stopped taking Topamax in 2008 and
replaced medication with a chiropractor and acuputurist. It helped for awhile
but when I stopped in the Summer of 2010 my migrane pain has slowly returned to
peak. I feel like I have tried everything and my migranes are wearing me down.
I can't afford nor do I have the time to continue seeing a chicropractor and an
acupunturist. What are my options?
