How Can Mons Pubis Sores With Itching And Pus Be Treated?

I have what looks to be open sores on my mons pubis that itch and release some short of pus because it has yet to heal. It s been about a week now and I m freaking out. My vigina however is fine, doesn t hurt not itch. Just where my hair grows. It doesn t look to be a ingrown either. I ve dealt with those. What could it possible be? Do I need to check into the hospital?
