How Can Muscular Pain In The Arms, Neck And Shoulder Be Treated?

I have muscular pain through my body. It started in right arm muscle when I bent my elbow. It is now in my butt, left arm, neck, shoulder. It is all muscular. It hurts with movement and now when walking. I was on Eliquis but asked to get off of it. Have been off of it for a week but it is still bad, especially in the morning. I have a hard time getting out of bed and combing my hair.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

This pain and aches are due to muscle weakness and fatigue to set in. I will advise you to do regular stretching and strengthening exercises which will help improve the neck, arm, shoulder, back, hip, knee etc.

Having doing 20-30 minutes of regular physical exercise helps to improve the overall well being. Also, diet modification is advised to improve metabolism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
