I am 74 year old , I have had a- trail feb in my past. I have a cold since Tuesday of this week, I get out of breath when i move around the house. Started out with a dry cough on Tuesday and started up with green and yellow flume . It is loose flume. My chest hurts when i cough. No fever, in fact it is on the low side ( fever). I get out of breath when I am up. My nose is stuffy. I have been resting since Tuesday. What should I do to help myself.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool climate exposure. Use tablet Levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/physician they will examine and advice appropriate antibiotics to you.
