Hi, dark pigmentation with rough skin on sides of nose may be due to seborrhoea. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis. I would recommend you to take vitamin C 1000 mg tab daily. You may apply retinoic acid gel 0.012% daily at night. If pigmentation persists, you may apply Kojic acid gel on the patches. Cleanse the face with glycolic acid containing facewash. I hope this would help you.
- tab vitamin C 1gm daily - tab nicotinic acid 250 mg twice a day - tab glutathione 250 mg daily - kojic acid containing gel may be applied twice a day - cleanse the face with glycolic acid containing face wash
Above treatment may be continued for few months under observation of nearby doctor.
Avoid sun exposure. Take healthy food and good sleep.
I hope this would help you...
Thanks.
