Hello sir, i am 26yr old and i work as a cabin crew. The problem with me is i get light headache and dizziness at times and i tend to puke after i eat. It happens to me from time to time. I never had this problem before, its been like this after i started flying. It hampers my work. Please help.
Hi, Welcome to HCM! Nausea while flying or driving is a common problem and is grouped under the term Motion Sickness. It can be prevented by taking Tab. Promethazine about half an hour before your journey starts. Remember it should be taken before the journey starts and is ineffective if you take it after the journey has begin. Also, it is known to cause a bit sedation. So in case sedation is likely to hamper your work, I'd suggest you not to take it. Regards, Dr. Sridhar
