How Can Neck And Shoulder Pain, Headache With Vomiting Be Treated?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a seven year old daughter that injured her neck this afternoon while goofing around with her brother. I think she was in a head stand. She has her head tilted all the way to the right shoulder and has pain, headache and now vomit too.

The pain might be from a sprain over the neck joints and vomiting an autonomic reaction to pain. You can give her Paracetamol 3 times daily for 3 days to relieve pain. If pain doesn't subside or if vomiting continues, kindly take her to your doctor for further evaluation.
