I try staying positive i tell myself lots and lots of positive things each day but it doesn t help, i hate this feeling but i can t make it stop i feel like my mind is being controlled and i don t feel so sad sometimes though. Sometimes i feel really happy and hyper but than it goes away and the feeling is back and i try and try but i can t and when I m really hyper and stuff i feel as though i have very poor judgement and often times it gets me in trouble and than i just have these explosions of anger and i try to control it i really do but i just can t help it and i don t know what to do. I cant stay focused and i zone out often.
