hi m 26, I have night fall problm sometimes daily, sometimes weakly & sometimes 15 days, & measures problm is this when m talking with girl any topic nothing like sex chatting then m see my penish falling heavy amount of white liquid like water & it also happen when m sitting besides of girl in any vehicle, auto rickshaw, After that m feeling very weakness & pain in body so plz help me, & when m drinking cold water m filling more time urine & it also hapen when m sitting in AC & cold whether also, So plz plz help me, It happens 5 to 6 years continue due to money problm m not going any doctors so plz help me, M not marrid

You are facing problem of night emission since 5 years and have watery discharge from penis while talking to girl or sitting by the side of girl .

This is natural and normal for a man at the age of adolescence due to excessive secretion of mucus by mucus secreting glands located in Bulbar Urethra which get stimulated by audio visual sexual stimuli and secrete excessive mucus that is discharged through urethra as a clear watery fluid.

Three is nothing to be worried about it nor there is an medicine that can reduce the secretion of mucus from these glands .

It gets resolved itself spontaneously without any treatment .
