How Can Nose Particles Causing Odor Be Treated?

i have this odor from my nose. i have this for quite sometimes. i have been advise by a doctor way back in 1997 to clean my nose with warm water and a bit of salt using a syringe. i notice big and dry nose partciles coming out after using warm water and salt. it has a very bad smell and the color is dark green. please help me still experiencing the samething

hello,thanks for your query, in my opinion u hav atrophic rhinitis, which causes nasal obstruction due to thich greenish crusts. u need to evaluate for granulomatous disorders like tuberculosis or rhinosceroma or idiopathic(no cause).kindly evalaue with an ent surgeon for assessment and definative treatment in d form of nasal irrigation and antibiotics. hope i have answered ur query.all d best. take care.
