How Can One Cure Fever And Sinus Pressure Caused After A Nose Injury?
Suffered a nose injury and skin was broken via a metal gate. I work in radiology so took XRays after sinus pressure continued to rise and still leaking clear fluid. Not sure if CSF as fluid is more thick than just runny . Does not appear broken via X-ray. It s been 4 days since the injury and I still have a lot of sinus pressure and now a fever. I have tried to research this on my own, but I am wondering if I need to take the next step and see someone.

I think it might get infected as you started to have fever. Please follow up with ENT specialist to rule out any more serious damage.
