How Can One Cure Upper Abdominal Pain And Nausea In A Child?
hi my 11 year old daughter is experiencing a undiagnosed upper center stomach pain and nausea for more than 3 weeks.XRAY ,blood test have come normal .pain is worsr at night and goes on for hours .She was on antibiotic for strep prior to 3 weeks. No known allergies lactose intolerance, constipation. Treating her with acid reflux given by doctor. No improvement. Need suggestion on what to test next.

Please don't get panic. I would like to suggest you to get Gastro-Endoscopy. To rule out GERD/Gastritis/Acid Peptic Disorder/Hiatus Hernia. Short and frequent diet plan that too non spicy - Non-oily food shall be helpful for the patient.
You can take Suspension Mucain TDS. Tablet AcilocRD. These medicines shall be helpful as of now. Take care.
