Hello,
It is not your mistake entirely, the system of the world or the media has become like this. These days it is so difficult for people to get away with all these because without any restraint they show it in the television and mobile phones also. You may not be interested in it but it may pop up. Not only you there are many who are offended with pornography that controls the mind and the physical aspects as well.
Do not get angry with yourself. Too much sex and pornography is not good if done for a prolonged period. It may cause
premature ejaculation or even
erectile dysfunction. Overindulgence in sex with multiple partners makes an individual prone to sexually transmitted diseases and
HIV, that is life threatening. You are very young and thoughtful enough for yourself, you can improve your lifestyle. Get
STD tests done. If positive get treated with antibiotics/antivirals. No worries.
Just avoid watching pornography. Life is long and sex is the need of every individual so do not ruin the functioning and health of your private organ. Just control yourself. Abstain from sex and multiple partners. Switch to healthy lifestyle, focus on the skills that God has gifted you with. Try to discover your new self. Take a U-turn. Develop skills that you have like gardening, music, singing, cooking, book writing, take up some new business, make new friends.
Life is beautiful. Come out of all your addiction. Meet a counselor or a
psychiatrist for guidance and assistance. Getting connected to a physical therapist for exercises. Cognitive behavior therapy and
psychotherapy will be helpful. You can get connected to a detox center if required.
You should try to save youths who are suffering from similar type of problem so that you can use what could have destroyed you to save others. Just buck up, have faith in yourself. Strengthen yourself. You will be able to come out of this addiction. God helps those who help themselves. Stay away from
smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs as it will trigger your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
