Hello,

your height suggests that you don't have a growth problem. Have you done any tests? The results would have helped a lot! Your blood sugar is marginally normal but you should know that most normal individuals have blood sugars less than 90mg%. You should check your fasting blood sugar annually or every other year to be sure particularly if any (or both) of your parents had diabetes.

Let me get back to the growth hormone issue. Since you're 29 years old, your bones have completed their growth and no change is expected even if you took growth factors. This renders the idea of taking them pointless and it will also make your blood sugar worse. Since you've presented no test reports and you're so concerned about it, I would suggest you to visit an endocrinologist, who will be able to prescribe the appropriate tests to you.

You can contact me again, if you'd like for further information or clarifications.

Kind Regards!
