Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples or acne vulgaris can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation, hormonal imbalances etc..
In your age it seems to be most probably due to hormonal imbalances..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and also advise you to get your lipid profile along with hormonal assay done to rule out the exact cause of the recurring pimples and treatment of underlying cause can help in resolution of the problem..
He can advise you a combination of antibiotic and anti acne medications like topical application of gels or ointments containing Clindamycin and Niacinamide and Benzoyl peroxide..
Apply retinoids like Adapelene gel.
Do cool compresses over the face..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Oral intake of antibiotics and retinoid can also be advised.
Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
