It seems to me that you have a lot of
stress factors in your life like
pimples, hair loss, which are cause for your sleepless nights and leading to mood fluctuation next morning.
You are in a vicious cycle of stress - sleepness night (No rest) - poor performance in the day - More stress, and cycles repeat.
You are probably having
tension headache due to all this stress. So I would advise you to calm yourself with the following:
1. Get treatment for pimples, hair loss- stressors.
2. Add physical activity to your life - Gym,
Yoga, Dance, music etc whichever suits you well.
3. Consult a doctor if needed - if above fails and medication is needed.
I have seen in my practice that most of the time, the patient improves with just the change in the lifestyle and need minimal intervention form doctor.
