Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you suddenly stop taking methadone, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as restlessness, runny nose, sweating, muscle pain, widened pupils, irritability, anxiety.
You may be having withdrawal if within the first 30 hours that you stop taking methadone.
This medical condition is not life threatening so dont worry.
